“Incredibly good hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and feel luxurious. Service is top notch. Breakfast is really good, beautiful restaurant with terrace.”

“We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2025 and had a lovely stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet and picturesque town, with a supermarket pretty much next door. There's a nice café 150m on the opposite side of the road and a nice restaurant just passed the supermarket. Monschau is just 4km away. There are multiple restaurants close by and the Eifel national park is close as well. The room was very nice: comfy bed, nice bathroom and a seating area. Only thing we missed was a little fridge in the room to have some cold water at night. Breakfast had quite some options and was tasty. The owner (?) of the hotel was very friendly and was very relaxed with our 10-month old who was not the easiest during our stay because she's teething. There is a nice playroom for kids next to the breakfast room, which is convenient and nice for kids. A word of advice to the staff: there wetd some dead insects lying there, so it'd be good to clean the playroom more frequently. We would recommend staying here if you want to stay close but not in touristy Monschau or if you want to hike in the neighborhood/Eifel.”

“The staff was amazing. Even in such a small thing as heating milk, they were very attentive. I forgot my rings in the room. Mr. Lutterbach answered my email quickly and sent the rings the next day I’d like to mention the hotel is really pet friendly. We were happy to take our dog”

“Excellent breakfast bufffet with a great view. Spacious room (got a free upgrade) with nice wooden materials. I would really like to give you 5 stars, but 1 out of the 3 radiators is automatically controlled. This was unfortunately the one in the bedroom. It was around 0 degrees outside temperature when I visited, and that heater was turned off. It was too cold, but we fixed it by turning the other 2 radiators to the max.”

“The apartment is located in a quite and beautiful village. Very clean amd spacious apartment. All the amenities are very modern. Parking right in front of the apartment. There is also a garden at back. Overall a very good stay.”

“Very clean Hotel with a rich breakfast. For dining there is only one restaurant nearby, otherwise you should try out some in Höfen or Monschau. We can only recommend this hotel and will check in again :).”

“We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful hotel, and everything was perfect. The entire building appears to be renovated recently and it was very well-organized and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and caring. They were so kind to us and our little girl. The hotel location is also great, just a few km away from the old town in a very beautiful and quite neighborhood. I really recommend this place to everyone, especially to families.”
